Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Apptains platform at apptains.com and any related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by RupeeStack Platform Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated in India.

By creating an account or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Account
registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, keep your login credentials secure, and promptly update your account information if it changes. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or harmful activity.

Permitted use

You may use the Service solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Orders &
payments

All service prices are displayed on the platform and are subject to change without prior notice. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors (Razorpay, Stripe, or others as applicable). By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price for the selected service tier.

Refunds, if applicable, are handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Please contact us at hello@rupeestack.com for any payment disputes.

Intellectual
property

The Apptains name, logo, website design, and all associated branding are the intellectual property of RupeeStack Platform Private Limited. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

Upon full payment for a service, you receive ownership of the deliverables (source code, designs, etc.) produced for your order, unless otherwise specified. We retain the right to use anonymized, non-confidential aspects of completed work in portfolios and case studies.

Any content, code, or materials you provide to us for the purpose of completing an order remain your property. You grant us a limited license to use such materials solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

Limitation of
liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall RupeeStack Platform Private Limited, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RupeeStack Platform Private Limited and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Governing law
& jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
